Good Friday Ride to San Diego

It’s Good Friday and I have the day off! So what better way to celebrate than to do an 80 mile bicycle ride along the coast from the San Juan Capistrano train station to the downtown San Diego Sante Fe train station.

Paul will be joining me today, along with a SPOT device, helmet cams, and cell phones. I’ll be testing out some new toys along the way while posting and you should be able to follow us with the SPOT and the maps.

So I hope you follow us along, and post some comments of encouragement or some give us some $h#t-either way we will enjoy the comments!

Helmet cams! Will they post to the web real time? Wouldn’t that be cool. Unlike you, I didn’t get the day off, but I will try to check in frequently to see your progress.

Awkkk! I can’t talk. I was gone for 3 months.

It’s 11:47 AM and you look to be in Oceansid. Time is interesting. It’s reading 6:32p but when I open the ping point it correct 11:47 PDT under “Current Conditions”.

Oh, man!! I’m off today, too and just happened to check my work email to see this. I better click around and see what’s going on. It’s crapola weather here, so glad someone’s got the good stuff and the time to enjoy it!
