Well, that is our goal on this trip. We will see.
- Departure Date: 8/8/12Estimated milage to Jasper: 2,000 to 2,500 miles
- Estimated total milage of Trip: 4,000 to 5,000 miles
- Route: don’t know yet, won’t till we leave… Try to stay off the interstates once we depart the LA area (which is huge!)
- Number of Days: 10 or 11 days, 12 or more if we have to for some unknow reason.
- Number of alcholic drinks consumed in the evenings: unknown.

The Adventure Begins!!!! We’ll be watching and eager for daily posts. I don’t expect you’ll have internet coverage while you’re up in the Rockies. It will be torture for us armchair bikers. Have a wonderful trip. We’ll be there with you in spirit.

FABULOUS!! Perfect timing as I NEED a vacation but can’t get away right now. Yours are always the next best thing! I did that loop back in ’83 on a cross-country trip (by car) and it was one of my favorites! Enjoy & keep the pics flowing!!
Johnny,…no need to send the little Chub over to keep them warm, they already have 2 and have been on enough trips together – they have the drill down pat so to speak!…and now they are venturing into international travel – their relationship is growing every trip – it really is wonderful to witness! j/k – have a great time fellas!!
They went through Canada on their way to Alaska, so they’ve already got the Canadian border down. They’ll be there longer this time though….
